With Jose Chang

A guest house to be built on a steep hill overlooking a weekend ski house. The site had significant hydrological problems, pushing water into the existing house and back yard. The proposal, while addressing the hydrological problems of the existing house, provided a unified design approach for the multiple, incongruent elements of the existing structures.
Scope: Design and Construction Documents complete. Not built.
Site: 2 acre site in the village of Ellicottville, New York;
Gross floor area of the guest house: 900 SF
